Connect is a startup office space that was designed for my Interior Design Studio III class in the winter of 2012. This was a collaborative project with two other interior design students. It features three levels and 9,000 square feet of office space, completely centered around facilitating connections and the sharing of ideas in the workplace. The building is very historic, located in western Massachusetts, so preserving that history and it's many stories was essential in the design process. That concept is the reason for its name, as it serves as a connector between many people of many different disciplines, as well as a connection point between old and new ideas.
